Path to Success

A 16-session Explorer Program designed to move from self-evaluation into development, refinement, and final integration. Along the way, Explorers build the foundation that may qualify them for Journey Work.

The Explorer Program is a path, not an automatic pass. Completing all 16 stops does not by itself guarantee readiness for the next stage. Each stop has its own reflection, participation, and progress requirements. When the full path has been completed and the Explorer meets readiness standards, Bay Oracle may award a completion certificate and open eligibility for Journey Work. Journey Work is an extended ceremonial reflection experience that may include optional lawful plant-based or sensory elements, with separate consent and preparation required before participation. Eligible Explorers may also gain access to approved Bay Oracle supplies, symbolic tools, and ceremonial materials connected to the program.
