Refunds & Cancellation

General Sessions: Full refund available. No cancellation fee.

When to pay
Payment may be accepted up to 5 minutes before the appointment. If payment is not made by then, the session may be rescheduled at no fee. Bay Oracle does not charge cancellation fees. If Bay Oracle cancels a paid session for any reason, a full refund is issued, even if the session has already begun. If the Explorer cancels after a paid session begins, refund eligibility lasts through the first 25 minutes; after that, the payment may become non-refundable unless Bay Oracle caused the cancellation. Bay Oracle does not provide a satisfaction guarantee.
